Customer Service and administration  Permanent contact
Every customer has a dedicated contact at our customer service department to which it can turn for support with any questions or requests for personalised logistics advice.
Logistics data and statistics
To link up with your needs, Eurobrokers provides you analytical (on-line) statistics regarding, among other, your orders and deliveries, stocks and product rotation. Based on these data, we ensure that our collaboration is further optimised.
Tracking and tracing
Our customers can follow all deliveries by means of a web log-in, from the moment they are delivered at Eurobrokers up to the moment they are delivered to the end customer. With this application, one has access to complete tracing of delivery addresses, delivery dates, lot numbers, production dates and expiry dates for all products.
Customs and excise
Eurobrokers has years of experience with regard the provision of quality administrative customs and excise services. The automated registration upon entry and departure (e.g. by means of AAD) guarantees flawless weekly, monthly and annual reports.
Administration
Accompanying administration regarding, e.g. pallet flows and permits are dealt with efficiently.
Operation and physical flow Entry
On-line control of the delivered goods upon entry (on pallets, in slip-sheet or in bulk), based on electronic data exchange (despatch advice). Detailed quantity (packet and CU) and quality control of the incoming goods and registration of various product criteria (lot number, shelf life, production date, etc.).
 Storage
Eurobrokers has over 80,000m² of storage space for ambient storage, but it also offers solutions for conditioned and temperature-controlled storage and the management of dangerous goods (ADR).
Eurobrokers guarantees on-line access to detailed information on the product stocks, reserved and blocked stocks, and all stock movements. In addition, daily physical inventories before the trucks leave make it possible to correct any stock discrepancies before delivery. This dual form of checks ensures that annual inventories show no differences.
Handling
Fully IT and RF controlled orderpicking (per unit, per packet or per full pallet) tailored to the customer and the addressee. Double control scanning of the product stocks after orderpicking results in correct deliveries and conclusive inventories.
In addition, Eurobrokers distributes incoming goods in cross-docking.
Value Added Services
By working with sheltered workplaces located in Eurobrokers’ warehouses, your widely diverse re-packaging jobs are outsourced in an extremely efficient manner. Re-packaging costs are reduced to a minimum.
 Eurobrokers has a highly flexible set of machines to perform a wide range of tasks, for example displays, open and closed shrimking, promotional lots, lanyards and gift packaging.
Transport and distribution
Eurobrokers has a vehicle fleet of more than 50 vehicles and employs a permanent group of experienced drivers. This enables us to offer both solutions for small-scale distribution (e.g. catering and restaurant trade, retail trade) as well as full-truck dispatching.
Returns
Return flows, which are specific to the consumer product sector, are efficiently handled.
